Have we put Covid-19 behind us? Maybe, yes, we don’t know for sure. It disrupted the world, each and every sphere of life, but perhaps the impact was the most devastating on the educational systems. The manner and speed with which the schools faced the challenge and creatively designed and implemented a completely new and novel method of education was remarkable. However, its efficacy left a lot to be desired

Online education has its severe limitations but also some advantages. However, most schools shifted (or were forced to do so) from offline to online at the onset of Covid-19 and are now shifting back to offline mode now. Should we explore a hybrid mode and take the advantages of online education or not is not the question. The question facing us is identifying the strengths of the online approach and integrating it in our pedagogy. The impact of Covid-19 was felt very differently by different schools. The disruption both redefined the school systems as well as threw up new challenges.
